No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credits except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Game accounts, bans, and enforcement
Use of third-party software may violate the terms of games, platforms, or anti-cheat providers. You are solely responsible for how you use our products. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, loss of progress, inventory, or access to any game or service, whether temporary or permanent.
