What do I receive after purchasing?

You’ll receive access to the product you selected for the plan duration (for example: 1 Day / 1 Week / 1 Month), plus the latest files and setup notes for that specific game/product.

Where do I get support?

Support is handled in our Discord. When you reach out, include which product/game you bought, what plan you’re on, what you’ve tried, and any screenshots/error messages so we can help faster.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the situation. Please review our Terms of Service and message staff on Discord if you have questions before purchasing.

Are your products updated and maintained?

Yes. We actively maintain and update our products. If there’s a game update or something changes, check Discord for the latest status and announcements for that specific product.

Will it work on my PC?

Our products are built with performance in mind, but requirements can vary by game/product. If you have a specific setup concern, message us on Discord with your specs and what you’re looking to buy and we’ll advise.

How do I choose the right plan?

Pick the plan that matches how often you’ll use the product: 1 Day to try it, 1 Week for short runs, and 1 Month if you’re using it regularly.

Do you support more games/products?

Right now we only support DayZ, but we plan to expand to more games. Check the Products page for what’s available and Discord for announcements on new releases.
